The Missouri District LCMS will present “Campus Ministry 101: Nuts and Bolts,” Module 3 of the District’s College Peer Ministry Training series, onOctober 2-4, 2015 at Heit’s Point Lutheran Camp in Lincoln, Mo.
The Campus Ministry 101 module is designed especially for ministry leaders and student leaders seeking a comprehensive model for operating a discipling ministry that serves a campus community.
The presenter for the Nuts and Bolts module will be campus ministry veteran Lisa Highley, who served as Director of the Lutheran Student Center in Springfield, Mo.
The registration cost for Campus Ministry 101 is just $95 per person! If your students have attended PMT workshops in the past, you’ll recognize the dramatic reduction in price; we hope to be able to continue offering PMT at this level of savings! In addition, some scholarship funds are available to help eligible students further reduce their registration costs; contact PMT coordinator Vicar Thomas Senter to learn more: pmtMissouri@gmail.com.
Your group is not required to be a ministry of the Missouri District to participate in these Peer Ministry Training workshops! If you’re a campus ministry group and you can get to Heit’s Point Camp, you’re eligible to attend.
Registration is open as of Monday, August 24. Look for additional information and promotional resources in upcoming communications, Facebook posts and Tweets* from LCMA! Do you have questions right now? Contact Vicar Thomas Senter: pmtMissouri@gmail.com.
